He's blazing speed, but still hasn't heard how to use it best to make offensive chances at the level. After he learns to use his speed and simplifies the match somewhat, he is a wonderful playmaker at the OHL degree. The assurance in tackling the puck and ending off plays isn't there either. As he gets stronger, I'm very interested to see how Jenkins' skill set grows/improves since there is a whole lot to like about the way he plays the game (believe Paul Martin). Playing in his first OHL year, Jenkins looks like a significant find for the Hounds. Jenkins is a good skater and does a pretty good job of limiting turnovers in his end by making great moves or electing to skate upon the blueline. As a terrific skater and also a possible two-way defender, he's one to keep an eye on.
